SK is most idyllic place to stay, close to the country parks, and not too far from the city. We keep ornamental fish and have plants.. (veggie on the way).. making the place feel more homey... A far cry from the sterile flats. We are looking for mature, considerate roomies. We are particular about tidiness. We host barbecues and dinners occasionally but will keep the noise down. We welcome short term or long term… You DO NOT have to pay any agent fees. Nice Window in your room. Rent HK$4500 + Bills HK$600 = Total HK$5100 per month. All Inclusive.
