The view from this flat of the ocean from the 39 floor is awesome. It also have very modern looking decor furniture in all the rooms. Conviently located to everything you'll find in luxury hotal resorts. Less than 10 mins walk to MTR,grocery,Outlet shopping mall,gym,tennnis court,indoor basketball court, and much more. Google Coastal Skyline in Tung Chung to find out more information. Because you are renting directly from the owner, you are saving yourself $5,500 from not using a real estate agent fee. I'm in a rush to rent out my flat before leaving Hong Kong for few months. I reduced the price of my flat from original price of $12,500 to (only $11,000). This price is $2,000 less than market asking price. This is a limited time offer must moved in or signed contract before Feb. 08, 2010. I am flexible about the length of rental period can be less than a year contract. Unfortunately no pets allowed in this apt complex.
